I lost 20 kg back in 2006. I tried for about 3 months.

Patience is the key, and control your food is important. Try to eat once in a day and twice in a couple of day. If you decided to eat once in a day, you can eat at 5.pm, while eating banana or orange in the night (banana will increase your protein), and just drink low fat-sugar milk in the morning. Combine your 5.pm food with some green vegetable and meat (fish is preferable).

Running and Cycling is Verrrry important to lose weight. Don't train barbel or stuff like that, because your first goal is to lose weight (Not to make muscles). Burn as much calories as you can by cycling and running.

avoide sweet food such as chocolate, coke, and don't eat Fast food!

hope this is useful :D

good luck!

well im sorry to tell you, you can't spot weight loes and if its where majorty of your fat goes its going to take the longest to work off. The key is to stay commited to what ever you are doing now. The rewrads will make all the hard work worth it plus 100. And as long as you are doing cardio. (eg jogging running power walking swimming etc) you will lose some inhcs around that wast

shoudn't take too long if you do this everyday. w/in a couple of days you should see a difference.
