Try Charlie Brooks Before and After Workout!!!! I got it a few weeks ago, but haven't really had the chance to do it much. It has fantastic reviews (look on amazon) and you can tell the difference just from the front cover! It is split into five ten minute workouts. So the time flies by and there is a lot of variety: dancing, combat, pilates you name it!! And she doesn't have you doing countless squats and lunges that get repetitive and boring - its really good fun!!! Its good for any ability I think - I'm not that fit but I can almost do the 50 minutes the whole way through but it really works up a sweat and I feel great afterwards. The pilates is also great to calm and soothe you. If you are really advanced I would go for something like Davina but this is great if you are anything ranging from desperately unfit to moderately fit. Plus its fun and if you stick to it 2 to 3 times a week the weight will drop off!!! Good luck!

Hi ya,
Sorry i havnt tried Natalie's dvd , but they are inspiring and makes you think if they can do it so can I

I have Vicky Entwistle dvd, it is a bit more for beginners but I think its so easy and before you know it half an hour has gone! Lots of boxing techniques, squats and easy steps :)
the instructor is really encouraging as well!

I also have Davina's High Energy new one, which are also meant to be highly rated! ive done it twice but am going to keep on with my Vicky dvd first to get my fitness levels up! it very intense workout, and gets your heart going!!!

Good luck

Yes, I got it about 2 weeks ago, how different does she look, on the dvd you see shots of her doing the same routine when she was her old self, and doing it now, believe me....it looks so much easier when you have lost the weight.
There are four parts to the dvd, warm up, sweat, punching and warm down.
For the first two weeks, I have done the first two together, one after the other, its about 30 minutes for the first two, honestly, I have not changed my diet at all, im not too much overweight, probably 20 lbs in total to loose, however, I know I have slimmed my thighs and bottom in just two weeks. Last night moved on the the third, punching.....ouch......my arms are killing me today, but, its my birthday in two months and I want to change the shape of myself and loose weight, so im sticking with it.....I have never done any other DVD's so cant comment on others, but give this one a go, its quite fast but easier enough, although, it takes a while for the arms to catch up with the feet, I could do the routines ok, but my arms were kinda swinging for the first week. I have done this 4 times a week, so 8 in total to date....oh then of course last nights, but I need a bit of a rest now for a day.

Hi If yoy ask any fitness instructor the best way to lose weight,, they wont say aerobics or spinning classes or celebrity dvd's.. they will say a long steady fast paced walk for 45-60mins 3-4 a week with sensible eating.

duration burns fat.. some classes add muscles. walks dont
