Site for adding the calories burned in a day?!

Question: Is there a site that you can put in what activities and for how long you did to see how many calories you burned in that day? Does that make sense?

http://www.fitday.com/

There is no site that's going to be very accurate. Everyones metabolism is different and your activity level also is a major factor... You should be able to get your resting metabolic rate tested at a fitness club on a machine that you breath into in order to see how many calories you burn off just sitting on the couch all day. Then you have to add to that whatever you burned from exercise.

www.sparkpeople.com is a great site to go to to track your fitness and diet. They also have support from tons of other members to help you meet your goals. Hope that helps.

Try the Daily Plate (Look it up on google)

Unknown if there is such a site.... but guess it would make sense to have a site like that...
