Why must people at the gym stink? What can you do?!
Question: I go to the gym and it really bothers me when people reek of BO. I know that they are sweating and working out but sometimes I have to get off of a treadmill or a piece of equipment because the person next to me smells so bad..Does this happen at every gym? Is thier any body odor etiuqtte at the gyms you people go to? shouldn't people be required to wear deorderant?Just curious...

omg that happened today..i walked in and did a 360 and walked my happy a s s out..the whole gym smelled horrible and no AC...i dont know, there should be a sign saying deodorant is mandatory.

I haven't had that problem at the gym's I have been to. You should ask management about that - even though they probably won't do anything about that.
Join a different gym. My gym doesn't have that problem.
The gym either has bad ventilation or they don't require the members to use a towel when sweating profusely..change gym.

it depends what foods one eats, ever been running next to someone who eats kimshi? The garlic and onions just comes out of their pores.
If they take medications, some meds even vitimins can make you smell funky.
if you drink coffee.. some thing and it will cause dark stains also.
same with smoking.
Thats why most folks SHOWER AFTER a WORK OUT.. you are getting rid of toxins by sweating.
Wow, i think a home gym or personal trainer would be your best bet.
Maybe you can go over and work out with Paris.

i have never had to leave the area i was at because of BO hahah
