When is the best time to weight yourself -- before or after exercising?!


Question: What are the pros and cons of either? I eat breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack and after I eat my mid-afternoon snack it's usually an hour or so before I head to the gym. I notice I weight more when I weigh myself after eating vs. when I am done working out.

There is no best time to weigh yourself.
If you want to accurately compare your weight from day to day weigh yourself the same time of the day with the same amount of clothes on. You're weight can fluctuate a few lbs during the day

I read in somewhere that the most accurate time to weigh yourself is in the morning before breakfast.

probably b4 you exercise the cuz the next day you can see how much you gained or lossed.
