Will some people just never get to a decent body fat percentage?!


Question: I've eaten pretty well over the last year and a month now. I've been working out hard and doing hardcore cardio with a decent diet (like one cheat day a week), but my love handles will not die!

Is anybody else out there cursed like me?

And can somebody offer me some words of encouragement?

Are you actually doing any strength training and are you eating enough protein? I spent most of my teen years dieting and doing tonnes of cardio, it only ended up making my body fatter.

Weight training 2-3 days a week and plenty of protein will make you leaner.

idk rly what a decent fat percentage should be i am 5'4 and 110 lbs but want to be bonier so i know how u feel in a way lol. Excersise is the best way and remeber muscles way more than fat. Eata lot of protien to such as eggs, and turkey and stuff, try to stay away from the red meat to. try and wieght watchers thing, i have been told that they work and seen. Good luck!

Sorry no encouragement here, some people's body will just never do some of the things we want. There are always going to be problem areas you just wont be able to get rid of, but good for you. It sounds like you are healthy at least.
