Have bigest loser contestants gained back the weight?!
Question: Most of them have not gained much back at all. But, of course, it's natural for them to gain some weight back because at the Biggest Loser campus, 12 hours a day they are working out and have a very strict diet. Once they have reached their goal weight and are happy, the working out lessens and their diet becomes more flexible. However, most of them have learned healthy habits so even by gaining 10 pounds back they keep it at that weight.
I believe since they lose weight so quickly, it makes them more prone to gain the weight back. But, I think they've learned healthy habits so they can stick with it!

im not really sure but when they get them back on the reunion u know how they weight them again they see how much they have lost from there old weight like right from the start and not from the time that the competition finished so u dont really know if they have gained like a couple of pounds or 10pounds because they were already obese before
but usually most of them go ahead to lose the rest of the weight that they want until they r comfortable with their body although the whole competition is pretty dangerous but at the same time it is quick and who doesnt like something quick lol
