Dealing of stress can be done breathe exercise breathe can control all Ur stress and anger .Commonly anger is due to extreme stress. Whenever stress stresses u please take full breathe or drink a cup of cold water u can manage it very nicely.

These things may help. In the long run, what is required is that you first identify the root causes of stress. Secondly, introspect which of them are real and which of them are of your own creation. Eliminate the second category systematically. Try to enjoy the real stress factors instead of identifying them as stress factors. In other words, love your activity and make it enjoyable. Take pride in your activities instead of attending to them as a mechanical and inevitab le process. Before going to bed each day, re-affirm yourself that you have no stress; do this atleast for a month! The result itself will confirm this to you. Good luck!!!

Get a notebook and when your stressed out write in it, it usually lets you get all the feeling's out that is stressing you out and you feel better. :) Good Luck! Or just take a break when needed.

what works best for me may not be the best way 4 u to go about things but I find that a combination of deep breathing and exercise during the day yoga or whatever it is u like to do and finding some quiet time for urself everyday even if it is just a few minutes really does help to refocus and refresh ur mind and body and..if possible a little nap never hurt.

jus listern to some of your favorite music you ll surely get rid of your stress. I used to do this when ever stress is buzzing me.It keeps your mind calm and active.jus try this once and see the difference.
