Please help! I need to really get toned in 3 months!!!?!


Question: My senior graduation is in May and then senior trip. I'm going to the beach for a week. I really want to lose 5lbs and really tone my abs and thighs!! What are some exercises that
I can do to help?? Crunches don't really do anything for my abs, so what else can I do??

1. Run for 30 minutes 3 times a week! Don't do too much weightlifting, but if you do, I would use light weights and do tons of reps.
2. Modify your diet---Eat a lot of protein and whole wheat carbs. Read the labels when you buy your food: Avoid added sugars, high fructose corn syrup, and partially hydrogenated oil. Also, eat more frequently: eat when you wake up; eat a good snack (maybe fruit) at 10am; eat lunch at 12; eat some almonds at 3; then, eat a protein-rich meal at 6; finally, have a snack (tall glass of reduced fat milk or some cheese) at 9pm.
3. Participate in a sports activity 2 or 3 times per week.
I lost about 30 pounds and began to see my abs in 3 months when I followed that routine.

Go out and buy The Firm 5-Day abs. It works so well, it's insane.

sit ups and spend a couple of hours a day at the gym.

only eat two meals a day (breakfast and lunch) and dont have mcdonalds everyday !

get that small ball that is supposed to tone everything. if you cant then just get a ball the size of a regular sized piggy bank and put it under your spine just above your tailbone and do crunches. that should work... have fun on your senor trip!

well there is 2 ways to do crunches. u can do them one way(which is the way u know how) an they lift ya legs in the air an crunch towards ya legs. do 30 of each way. then..u do a crunch an twist to the side,u will feel it work an u do 20 reps of both sides. now your thighs.. do aductions..hand on the oppostie hip an extend ya leg out 20 times.do both sides.. these work.

buy a fake set of abs from a costume store and crazy glue them to your back and just walk backwards from now on,done!

well go to the gym, and have fun at the senior trip

the best ab workout i've ever done was sit on your but with your legs bent like you were going to do crunches. lift your feet of the floor and bend your back at a forty degree angle it will look like this: /\/ then have a weight in your hands and hold it to your chest, then twist to each side, you will feel it after a few twists. try to do about 25.
