Excercise help?!


Question: I started working out yesterday. I dont excercise alot, but I really want to lose weight. But when I get going with this video, I become very very short winded and my lungs feel like they are tightening up and I cant breathe. Am I doing to much?

Take you time. You dont want to over do it. You want to push your self.. but with in time.
You dont need to keep up with them totally. The people in the video do this all the time and are very fit.
The minute you start feeling like your breathing to heavy stop. You dont want to over do it.
Lower the reps of the things your doing.
Also walking faster, or jogging while you make sure you are breathing is good for you.

go for a jog or past walking :D

the people who are doing the exercises in the video are well fit right??

since your just starting out, you don't have to do exactly what they do.

you must go at your own pace;
for example, in the video they do 20 repetitions for one leg exercise, you may lower it down to 10 for since you've said your just starting out.

and always remember when exercising, Breathe :)

ease into it slowly, it takes time to build up your fitness level especially since you have not an athletic person, it all takes time
