Ok how to keep a good diet...?!

The 3 things that worked best for me. Eat lots of whole grains, whole wheat, etc, especially 100% whole wheat. Drink lots of water. Do not eat after 7pm.

Eat lean meats, lots of green veggies, some fruit, use olive oil, and things that contain Omega 3's.

I have been following it and educating myself on how to eat healthy.
