How many calories do i need per day?!


Question: How many calories do i need a day based on height, age and weight? To maintain my current weight, not to lose weight or gain weight?
Hi. I am 16. Im 5'4 and 104-105lbs(it fluctuates daily) How many calories do i need a day. I dance,but I am talking about days when i dont dance or exercise. Do i need the average amount for women or is it specific for my weight/height?

I'm 105 too, 17, and I eat an average of 1300 a day to maintain my weight. I do no excersize whatsoever. So, for you, since you're more active, I'd say an average of 1500, maybe 1600.

I've done that for three years, haven't lost or gained a pound (well, i guess it fluctuates a little..but for the most part, I stay the same)

Well it varies on the amount of activity's you do, and the type of body you have. If you are very active and love sports and you are male you will need around 2800 Calories, if you are active and your female you will need about 2700. Usually if you don't exercise but you dance its around 2650 Calories. When you are not active, and you want to stay in shape you will need to take in around 2400 calories.

search google for your daily calorie intake chart,then pick one of the sites that it pulls up,then give the site all the info it asks,its best to use a site thats made for this then to just listen to whatever numbers we throw out at you! you dont know if someone on here is being truthful or just answering for 2 points...
