Leaner look?!


Question: I've noticed I'm getting a little bit more musclier than I imagine. I am 5 ft 7, and weigh 110 pounds. One girl I know is 5 ft 10, and weighs 80 pounds.
I want to achieve that long lean look she has. Any exercises for slimmer thighs, they have a lot of muscle.

The only thing you can do is not worry about it. If you were, say 200 pounds and 5' 7'' that's different. Don't campare yourself to others. (I know that's hard, I am your same height, except I am hovering around 125 lb.) I don't look bad, but it is really hard not to look at other people and wish I looked like them.

Be proud of your muscle! I have practically no muscle and would kill for some so I could be more active and lose a little weight. (Not to the double digits though, that is really, really unhealthy; I don't trust anyone who is taller than me and the same weight as an average 4th grader.)

I know this is pretty much unhelpful, but I know how you feel....

5'7 110 is a right where you should be. I am hoping that you are joking about wanting to look like the gal in the 2 digit weight class.

How much leaner could you get....geez you're already REALLY skinny. Anorexia is not cool....go eat a veggie burger or something.

where you are is good weight, dont lose any weight! you dont need to!
