Monitor what you eat. Keep a mental checklist of what you eat each day, and avoid foods that you'll know that will be bad for you. When you shop for food, use a shopping basket instead of a trolley. That way its easier to keep track on what you'll buy and it'll also keep you from buying too much food.

Buy only your own food, and eat only the foods that you buy. Keep other people's food in a seperate section in your kitchen. Drink at least 2 glasses of milk a day- calcium helps to increase your metabolism and keeps you slimmer.

For exercise, the best way to get fitter is to do more cardio (running, swimming, biking). Get a gym membership and plan your exercise sessions around your lifestyle.

Invest some money on a small dumb bell set or skipping rope- and keep them in your living room to give yourself an incentive to exercise rather than sitting down to watch TV. Avoid snacking on salty or sweet food, and try to opt for fruit instead of chips. Avoid night hunger pangs by drinking a glass of warm milk or water before you go to bed.

Small simple things like these can make a small difference. You don't have to spend money on drugs/detox or make drastic changes to your lifestyle to make a difference.

If you can keep your eating habits clean and maintain a fairly active lifestyle for just a few months, you should be able to lose a few kilos. Try to make it more fun instead of laborious. hope it helps!

If you've got belly problems, you might need to do a cleanse. That can happen sometimes when you're not doing a BM regularly. You should be going at least once a day; ideally once after every meal. This article explains what I'm talking about http://www.healthy-living-for-moms.com/d... .

Other than that, you can lose weight by eating more fruits and veggies and less bread, drink water and try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I know that's a lot to do. Start with one of those things and move on to the next when you're ready.
