Might want to consider making a smoothie (or purchasing it), but make sure it has the vitamins and calories that not eating takes away. I've bought bags of diced fruit from Sam's Club and mixed that in a blender with orange juice. Be careful: starving yourself will only put your body into "famine" mode, which will store any sort of caloric intake as fat.

The other suggestion would be a "shake" type of item, such as Ensure or Slim-Fast. But only do this for lunch, and maybe breakfast. Eat a regular dinner for the reasons I listed above.

Don't go for 100% meal replacement. After somedays you will fed up and go back to regular meal spoiling all your efforts. Include a lot of fresh veg salads, fruits and juices in your meals. Avoid fatty items and too much of carb. visit the site below for more tips.
