Will vitamins still work if they are passed their expiration date?!

Question: I have an almost full bottle of Centrum and I want to know if I can keep taking them - they expired Nov. 2007. Will they still work or the vitamins no good anymore?

Although you will not have the full potency of the vitamins you will recieve some benifits. You can continue to take the vitamins after expiration date, there will be no harm to you because they are expired, but you will not get the full effect. Don't waste them vitamins are increasingly more expensive!

They'll start to lose their effectiveness after a while, but not for another few months. You can still use them.

Centrum is total GARBAGE. You are much better off sending it to a hazardous waste dump than putting it in your body. That garbage is made of synthetic vitamins that are actually chemical activators made from dead chemicals.

It is a statistical fact that if you take synthetic multivitamins you will live about 5% shorter lives than people who do not take them.

These chemical activators only help you for a very short while and then damage your DNA.

Single chemical activators, like Thiamine B-1, for example is made from Coal Tar. They have no cell resonance and no cofactors that the body needs to correctly process this. Albert Popp, a nobel prize winner and Ph.D. Quantum Physicist demonstrated that any nutrient that was not from a once living source emitted very little light energy and did not nourish the body. Further study has shown that this garbage damages your DNA of the cells.

Total up all the milligrams in the bottle. Then multiply that number by .05 and you will see how much magnesium stearate is in there. This is an immune suppressant, TRANS FAT, and inhibits the absorption of nutrients by up to 80%. When you take the garbage also look at your urine. If you don't think that dark color is from the pills, think again.

The answer to your question is that the so called "vitamins" were never good for you in the beginning and now they are worse hazardous waste. If you pour them down the toilet, you will not be doing anyone any good either, because they will most likely end up back in your water supply like so many drugs are doing today.

If you really want good nutrition that really works, I suggest you go to: www.healthline.cc ( not .com ) and order the "super food trio." You will actually FEEL a DIFFERENCE and this will nourish your body.

good luck to you

synthetic vitamins, regardless of the company making the product, sadly, provide very little if any benefit. When you have the opportunity to test the product from a kinesiological point of view, you will quickly find out that they do more harm than good. Try balancing any point such as liver, kidney, brain, adrenal, thyroid, etc. with a synthetic vitamin complex or isolate, and you will see that it does not work.
