I hate my body!?!


Question: I'm ugly and skinny [Well I better not lie]
I have really fat thighs.
My ribs stick out from the sudden change in foods [Found out had a nut allergy] PLEASE HELP ME I have to go to spain in June and I'd look really bad in a bikini.

try running alot that will get ur body in balance and take care of those thighs

If you feel you're too skinny try to eat foods w/ more protein. If you think you have fat thighs then do thigh exercises like lunges. As for your allergy, in a week or so, you're swelling should go down. Don't worry nobody's body is perfect.

Stop the hate girl!! Your body isn't broken so why don't you eat really well every 2 to 3 hours and exercise. It'll help both your mental and physical state that your body is in! It's so easy to tell ourselves how awful we are, we are our own worse critic, we all do it occasionally. But think about how incredible our bodies really are. Your body, your heart works so hard for you every second! Give your body what it needs! Nutrient packed foods and exercise! If you're skinny you need protein to have muscle tone! Go for a walk. Aim for at least 10,000 steps a day! Get a pedometer, they have cheap ones. Jump rope! Lift some weights or just dance in your room! Get moving to release some feel good endorphins and you will feel good. Tell yourself every morning that you're going to be good to yourself because you are beautiful and you deserve to feel good. Make healthy choices all the time! It's proven that positive self talk changes you! It's your choice! Be good to yourself! Oh, by the way, I wish I HAD to go to Spain. Enjoy!

try a lot of cardio and ab exercises that will help a lot as for the nuts don't eat any.
