How do I get Fit?!


Question: Well, this is how I progress. All-year-round. I gain wieght in the winter and lose it al in the summer time. But I'm gaining more then I usually do. I'm an average 14 year-old. I wiegh 125 normay I'd wiegh 120. And I'm developng some tummy. How can I get rid of this in a healthy way, Fast!??

Hi there, I have been changing my lifestyle and I have lost 5kgs (11lbs) in the last 3 weeks.

Workout 3 times per week (e.g. Mon, Wed & Fri) and educate yourself about eating the right foods.

As you probably already know, it is normal for women your age to gain a little weight. This is because your body knows you are now capable of childbirth and wants you to have stores of energy in case you do become pregnant.

Your appearance does not determine your health. As long as you are eating well and exercising regularly, you are fine.

1. 5 pounds isn't that much but if you really want to loose your "tummy" then exercise!!!
since you are only 14 and can't really drive yourself to a gym you could sign up for a dance class or yoga class somewhere.
i've done dance for about 10 years and i have gained a lot of muscle in a really fun way!!!!
just don't do anything rash ok?
