How does not locking out during press excercises change how it works your body?!


Question: like bench press, shoulder press, etc


Answers: like bench press, shoulder press, etc

when you fully lock out its putting the weight on your joint rather then the muscle.

so it would be like taking a little break at the top of each rep which is counter productive to gaining.
