Just started running - how long till i'm not totally dying when i finish?!


Question: Hey there! i've just started running - been 3 times so far about 20-25mins each time. Just wondering how long it will take till im not colapsing and gasping for breath at the end?
Also im planning to run 4 times a week - is this a good target to aim for?

you should have intervals in your running so that you are not exhausting yourself, give yourself a 1 or 2 min breather by slowing down to catch your breath then pick it up again, 3 days is plenty, but take it up to 30 to 35 min.
