You are not flexible - you have to work on that and do a lot of stretching.

I could never touch my tones - even when I was young and skinny! I worked on my flexibility but never got there. My physiotherapist said it was quite normal for some people to be like this and it doesn't necessarily mean you are unfit.
no, it isn't, i know person with 60 years that do that easily, maybe or you need a lot exercise or ur belly is too big.
You can drastically improve your flexibility with a little practice each day. You could try getting a yoga book out of the library or check it out online.
