Lose excess skin,?!

Question: I lost almost 70 pounds, in a short amount or time, wel...i was bulimic, but whatever, i have the body i've always dreamed of, I'm 130 pounds! But I have excess skin by my thighs, belly, and chest, and it bothers me, because it look like fat still,
i cant afford surgery, and i dont acces to weight-lfting gear, so all i have is me and my treadmill, what could i do to eliminate this loose skin?

I own a health and nutrition business, have taught fitness and used to do beauty pageants.
In 1997 I needed to lose a lot of weight. Basically, in 6 months I dropped 12 dress sizes. I got to my goal weight, but I also had excess skin. Basically, my body had not yet caught up to the weight loss, and two months after I reached my goal weight, my hips lost another inch and a half.
You need to focus on nutrition. The human cell takes about 90 days to rejuvinate, and your cells have just been stressed by the weight loss. Now, you need to concentrate on firming it all up. Eat a lot of lean meats, deep green vegetables, red vegetables (like carrots and members of the squash family) and fruits. Add unflavored non fat yogurt with honey to the mix. Take a good quality (NOT a one-a-day type!) nutritional supplement, and add to that vitamin E with Lecithin, a good quality Vitamin C and good B complexes. Also Beta Carotine, flax seed oil, fish oil and evening primrose oil. These form the building blocks of your healthy skin (and body).
If you have a TV and get cable, get to some of the workout programs and learn the routines. You need to get your lean muscle mass developed, which, in turn, will help the connective tissue in your skin. It didn't all come on fast, but it went off fast, so now you need to get it healthy, which should help with some of the elasticity. This may not cause all the skin to go back quickly, but it will help, in time. You will have to be patient and consistent.
Adding good rejuvinating topical creams - especially those with vitamin E and with any glycolic acid or alpha hydroxy acids should also be helpful.

talk to a dermatologist, i dont know of anything to lose excess skin

try muscle toning execises like yoga or pilates
