Dear friend ...I was always very thin and small. I never thought I would gain weight. But I am now in my 50,s and I went from being under 100lbs my whole life to 140lbs in my mid 50,s. Granted I am female ,but life has a way of filling you out. I never ate any more than normal but with time changes occur . I have seen it in others but never thought I would experience myself. YOU will fill out . I know it wait until your 30,s then your 50,s. You are doing fine in setting good eating and exercise habits now. You my friend will be fine!!!

Your high protein low fat diet will keep you lean, but if you want to put on weight you need to lift weight and lots of it. You should work toward benching your bodyweight to begin with. Breaking down muscle fibers allows them to build bigger. Get a good workout aimed toward lifting heavy weights.

lift more weights :D

To gain big weight, you"re going to have to grow the big muscles. You are not working your legs at all. And I think your"re going to have to go to weights for your back, chest, arms and shoulders.
But it could take many months (maybe years depending on your goal weight)
Good luck.
