1 day break fom diet & exercise?!


Question: How bad is it?

It's going to be 1 day where I eat about 2000 or 2500calories and don't exercise one bit. (It's today and I've already had about 500 cals)

u might gain one or two pounds but if that is your only day i wouldnt worry bout it.

It's always good to have 1-2 days off a week from exercise so your body can fully recuperate. And having one day a week to eat whatever you want helps with any food cravings for the rest of the week.

its just a break for one day, no consequences you'll be fine.

For one day I don't think the results will be much.

Nothing really - if you normally eat well and exercise one day off won't skew everything. Just be sure to stay well hydrated even if you have a double chocolate sundae so you don't wake up "hung over" from lack of water. good Luck!
