Help I need to loose weight!?!


Question: I'm 5'1 and i way 150 lb and i really wanna lose wait but i can't stop eating candy and junk and stuff and i can't stop and it sucks i feel so fat and ugly

Once you and your body become used to eating certain foods, it's hard to stop. Especially with comfort foods like chocolate, candy, bakery goods, soda, chips, pizza etc. Since this style of eating has become a habit, you need to try to break it. Easier said then done, right?

You can't just stop eating the foods all together and try to not be tempted by them ever again. You need to ease into breaking the habit, taking away the foods gradually. Instead of suddenly stopping eating the foods, you should focus on slowly decreasing the amounts you consume. Soon, your body will be used to eating a small and acceptable amount. It takes discipline and a good mind-set, but if you really want a change in your diet, it's worth it.

Never feel ugly or fat. That type of negative thinking will not help you to better yourself and your body. Try to think positively. You want to stop eating those foods, lose weight, and be healthy for yourself, because you matter. Because you're important and deserve to be happy.

But as soon as you lose faith in yourself-you've already lost whatever it is you're going after. However corny it may sound, it's true! So stay positive and motivated!

theres nothing to do but have the mental will to do so. what do you truly want? if you really want to lose weight, then you either
a) need to walk around with a friend who will restrain you
or b) use your mental willpower and fight against your urges

dont eat so much get on a diet an stickwith it

Join a near by gym

Try drinking water or chewing sugarfree gum when you get cravings. Find some tasty foods that are good for you and find healthier ways of cooking your food. For example baking your food instead of frying it. Avoid all fast food and all pre-packaged foods.
Try to find a sport that you like, sports can be a good way to have fun, socialize and get fit all at the same time.

But, you'll need a bit of willpower first!

honey it is all about you and what you decide to do your decision will affect your life either positive or negative. you can will yourself to do anything at first your body will yearn for the food but you give it time it will get use to it and then you can interduce exercise. remember if you do not curve this eating rabbit you wont weight 150lb much longer and it won't be less either. If you ignore your gut warning and continue to eat junk food, you will put on weight. It is easier to keep the weight off than it is to work at losing it.
