If I have been on a low carb diet for a few months, and eat one donut will it re!

No, not at all. Sweets and carbs are supposed to be eaten in moderation.

its ok to have a donut as long as u eat it before 10pm or else u cant burn it off over night

Nah! It's all about calories. One donut will not hurt you.....although if you're not used to fried foods....it may upset you tummy a bit.

pfft of course not...even one doughnut a week wouldnt really do any harm. you dont want to not let yourself have treats all the time...otherwise you may get a craving so bad you will totally pig out! i hav tried going cold turkey with treats and ended up just gaining more weight that way.

I think it can actually be good, you need carbs for energy and if you don't get enough you will get sick. Of course there is always the problem of having too many, as long as you don't have too many then it's perfectly fine. One way to prevent having too many would be to exercise.

no it wont hurt at all, the way I look at it, no food is "really unhealthy" as long as you eat it in moderation and you balance nutrient poor food (sweets, cakes biscuits) with nutrient rich food (fruit, vegetables wholegrain foods)

It wont be ok to do that if your on a low carb diet. A diet requires discipline if your not disciplined enough to stick to the diet then it wont work.

A donot is almost completely made of carbs (carbohydrates) It has starch in it which is broken don to sugars by your body. It has fats which is also a carbohydrate and a lot of sucrose and dextrose which are sugars/ carbohydrates.

Do you feel the donut makes you more hungry? If so, you will have the thought in the back of your mind how good that doughnut was and maintaining the low carb diet will be more difficult. In that respect the doughnut will hurt you.

You have to look at whether the low carb diet has been effective for you and whether you consider it to be a viable long term solution as well.

Not at all. Donuts arent poison, they should be enjoyed in moderation though.

it probably wont effect your weight, but dont eat it. it will probably cause u to lose controll because you think, "oh, iv had one and it didnt do anything, im going to have them all the time now."
youl be so much more likely to stray from your diet if u eat it.
