Upset stomach from Macaroni & Cheese?!

Question: Does anyone else get an upset stomach after eating mac-n-cheese? I love the stuff, but can't stomach very much of it. I usually get a bit crampy and then have to go number2. I eat other cheezy and milky things without any problems. Just curious.

i get gas from eating that boxed kind! it is usually from the high fats and glucose they put in the instant cheese. don't worry, but don't eat it too often!
