Is Herbalife for real?!


Question: I just started on the Shapeworks... i am concern because I am used to a diet of at least 6 small portions a day. This I have definitely proven to work in helping speed up your metabolism. Now I am trying to find out what effects and other infos on Herbalife. and also because I am a gym fanatic and I find myself not as strong as i used to and also working out feeling really hungry since the shake only has 170 cal. per serving. I hope someone out there can enlighten me. I also have concluded that it also seems to be like a starvation diet but with the vitamins and minerals that your body needs.
What will happen if you stop taking it already? Please help me.

It's a gimmick like anything else out there. If you aren't feeling as strong and you aren't taking in as many calories as you were before, you need to return to what was working for you. If it's vitamins and minerals you're looking for, the 6 small portions should have sufficed for most of your needs. If you weren't feeling run-down before you started this Herbalife crap, then I would say your previous diet was working well for you. Go back to it and look in the vitamin aisle for a good supplement. I take One-A-Day and also do the 6 small portions a day. I have maintained a healthy weight for over 2 years now doing this.

My mom was on herbalife for a looong time she lost quite a bit of weight at first but then was hungry all the time so she added little snacks in between meals high fiber fruit veggies cheese. Everybody is different if you don't feel like it is for you I'm sure that something out there is for you. You can always talk to your herbalife rep. What worked for me and go ahead and laugh is the suzanne somers diet. I wish you well
