Question: I am 31% body fat and 111 pounds I want to loose some body fat like 4% so I could become 27%body fat how much pounds do I have to loose? plz dont tell me how to get the answer I get mixed up just tell me the answer...thanks:)

you'd have to tone your muscles which may actually cause you to gain some weight because muscle weighs 3x more than fat but your fat percentage would go down. first you'd need to do workout videos or cardio atleast three to five times a week and eat healthily.

Why don't you just use the same calculator you used for your current weight and keep reducing the weight number until it reaches 27%?

well when i did it i got 29.97 pounds so about 30 pounds

Just go to a local book store and buy the michael thurmonds 6 day body makover you will lose a dress size wich should be enough if not you can just keep repeating it after a space of a couple days!please chose me for the best answer

you don't need to lose weight to reduce your BMI (Body Mass Index), you need to burn more fat through cardio work out. This will burn the fat and you should be able to get to 27% but you may not actually weigh much less!!!

I don't think you understand, you wont lose body fat just by losing pounds; that body fat number is the percentage of your body that is fat. so you have to build up muscle to lower your body fat %

for instance a body builder could weigh 300 lbs. but have a 10% or less body fat. the average guy could weigh 300 lbs. but have very little muscle and much, much higher body fat %. they still weigh the same, but its fat vs. muscle.

you need to work out. join a gym that offers a personal trainer, who will measure your body fat regularly for you and tell you exactly what you need to do to lower it.
