Has Anyone Tried These Diets?!


Question: I'm doing some research and was wondering if anyone could give me some feed back on one of the particulare diets. One is the Protien Diet. Two protien shakes a day with high protien meal. (Not Aktins). Another one is the master cleanse. I was wondering what happened to you when you tried them did you lose weight fast? what exactly did you do and how long did you do the diet. Once you lost your weight as soon as you ate did you gain a lot of weight back? Has anyone stayed on these particular diets. If there is another diet that somone might have tried that is similare to one of these diets that has dramatic effects to weight lose please let me know. It's fofr one of my college papers and I need to hear from some people who have actaully tried some of these diets. Thanks For everyones Help. Please explain in detail how they worked or didn't work and what you did on the diets. How did it effect your mood ect...

master cleanse is awesome ! I swear by it !!!! it is not a diet though it is cleanse meaning it cleanses your body of all the impurities. read the book and go to the raw food site

I'm not exactly on a "Protein Diet", but I do drink 2 scoops of whey protein shakes 3x a day, which gives my body about 120g of protein. Protein is necessary in weight loss and muscle building. I workout 6 days a week and eat healthy, I'm also taking these certain pills (Hydroxycut Max) as well and have lost 2.5lbs in a week. I also drink tons of water.
