Defining one's waist...?!

Question: I know I can't target fat reduction (I'm not trying to) I'm just curious are there any other things one can do do make their waist more defined besides twists, and different types of crunches? Like are there any aerboics style movements one can do? Thanks :)

Turbo Jam. I love it. You definitely feel it in your abs and obliques. Turbo Jam has a specific DVD just for you midsection too and boy do you feel it. I would highly recommend it. I could list some of the moves if you don't want to order it.

Row: The foundation of the move is three alternating knee lifts
A: raise your left knee and sweep both arms in a throwing motion across the body and downward toward the outside of the knee(like rowing a canoe).
B: step on the left foot, raising the right knee and throwing your arms across your body to outside of your right knee. * focus on moving the hip bone toward the rib cage to engage abs. It targets abs, obliques and lats.

Wheel: Begin in a tuck position

A: raise your arms and hands with palms open and elbows bent(as if you were about to do a cartwheel) Flex or bend to one side
B: bend to the opposite side * work to squat low and maintain tuck position

Zig Zag:
A: start in tuck position
B: bend to one side from the waist as if moving to avoid a punch. * bend your spine just a bit but avoid moving forward. C: repeat in opposite postion, * try to stay in a lower squat.

There are about 9 more moves, but I don't know how to list them all on here, but those three I really feel in my abs. I would really recommend the DVDs, I love them. Nothing else has been able to help me define my waist before. I have tried crunches, situps, walking, stretches (nothing else really worked). Hope this helps.

i think everyone should have a good bit of meat on them... curves are good!
