At home muscle building?!

Question: I want to put on some muscle (everywhere, not just to a specific part of the body), but my family doesn't have any exercise equipment and can't afford any. I also can't afford a gym membership. I'm going through an online college, so I can't use a campus gym or anything like that.

What are easy at home exercises I can do (other than pushups and situps) to add more muscle and get a little more toned?

You can do lunges, Chair dips, single leg squats, If you have cloth shopping bags or anything like that you can put heavy stuff in them to make "dumbells". Put weight in a backpack and use it for squats. You can do front and lateral raises with gallons of water or anthing else that you can hold. Calf raises. Look for other core workouts other than just sit ups. Check Craigslist for free weight sets or really cheap ones.

Dude you can always go to the YMCA, they'll give yuo free membership if you have VERY low income...

If you can't even join the YMCA, then I guess you could do push-ups, crunches, sit-ups.
