Whats the best way to get amazing abs?!


Question: For the the abs do these exercises (30 minutes a day, 6 days a week);
- lay on your back and lift up both legs + hold, then curl your feet and bring them to your chest; then repeat.
- sit so only your butt is on the ground (feet in the air) and twist somewhat fast (torso right, legs left then vice versa); the farther you twist the better your results
- hold the 'up' push-up position (at least 2 minutes)
- core hold; make ^ shape with forearms by holding hands then do the 'up' push-up position (at least 2 minutes)

Be sure to stretch before and after the workout. You'll feel the 'burn' immediately and the improvement. Feel free to email me with any questions you have. Crunches and sit-ups don't work effectively, by the way.

If you want to tone up and loose weight the proper way.I would say go to walmart and look in the weight lifting equipment section and look for "Billy blanks taebo bootcamp" It's just 10 dollars and its 40 minutes long.It really helps you to tone up your adominal and loose fat.Another thing its not boring like some other videos.This video actualy gets you moving,Good luck.

Train them on an abs machine where you can load lots of weight on there. Go heavy and keep increasing the weight until you reach muscular failure... You will also want to decrease your bodyfat % as much as possible and eliminate dairy products from your diet (except for eggs). Milk based products will give you a thin layer of fat right under the skin that osbcures your abs.

Running and abdominal exercises.

First, control your intake. Portion control, decrease starchy foods.

Then there are two things left. Decrease body fat, and increase muscle. Running is the best way to cut fat. Do resistance exercises for your abs. weight machines, or a holding dumbell on your chest and doing crunches/situps. I wouldn't cut milk from your diet. Women need to have milk regularly in their diet to build bone density. The earlier you start, the better you are.

Turbo Jam! Sorry, but I just love it. I haven't seen results like it before. I started seeing results right away. And the first two days..I was SORE! That hasn't happened with any other ab exercise before ( i.e. crunches, situps.) my abs would just be tense for awhile and the effect would go away. With Turbo Jam I really feel it. And I like it because I don't have to guess what I am supposed to do. There are just DVDs that you follow and a specific one just for your abs for 18 minutes. It's really a workout. I love it. If not..then probably running, or an ellipitical with your basic crunches and ab exercises.
