Should i do push ups every day or not??!


Question: Im 12 years old and I make like 10-100 push ups every day. Its hard for me but if because of theose push ups my body will be great and my stomach tightened I will do them. Now whats your opinion SHOULD I DO PUSH UPS EVERYDAY?? DO THEY EVEN HAVE AN EFFECT?? dont say when u are 12 you cant be on yahoo answers or you are too small to do push ups and to care for your body

When exercising, you want to give your muscles at least a day t orecover; I suggest doing push-ups every other day, alternating with cardio on your off days. If you want to be a model you want to be thin instead of bulky so fat/calorie burning should be your priority.

you can do them everyday,start with like 50 for a month,then go to 100 for the next,then you can either go to 150 or 200 for the next, then so forth
