It's really a simple equation of burning more calories than you need.

For example if you need 2000 calories a day just to maintain the weight you have and you cut/burn 500 calories for a total of 1500 calories a day then in about 6 days you'll lose one pound (about 3,000 calories is a lb of fat).

It's not complicated cut calories and increase your activity, but you already knew that, didn't you?

That will be easy. You can at least lose 10 lbs a month.

Just drink water.
Eat healthy.
Don't eat after 7.
Exercise at least 30 min a day.

first you have to stop drinking soda
heat healthy
salads, granola bars
any thing that doesn't have too much carbs or sugar

but the best thing to do is do cardio an hour a day
cardio includes running
jumping jacks
anything that makes your heart beat fast

do a good detox first. Then whatever diet you used before and it worked....do that one.

ok don't puke or stop eating do it heathfully i guess. start eating healthy . Eat lots of fruits and veggies, protien and not very many processed foods . Also get plenty of exersize. Good Luck!

you have to eat healthy food and much more of vegetable
and fruits like apple, banana its very good for who want to lose some pounds.and do practice in the morning.
