Some people have a happy disposition others do not, I don't think size comes into it. There are miserable people who have won the lottery and remained miserable! I have a happy disposition, although I do need to lose a stone because I look as if I've got a pillow hidden under my shirt!
Hey, if your happy why bother! You only live once why waste it eating like a rabbit and being unhappy.

i'm happy most of the time but since i gave up smoking 3 months ago ive been unhappy about my weight. ive put on about a stone.

why get it sorted im overweight by quite a lot - ive only been to the docs twice in 51 years and im happy - been married 31 years 2 children and 2 great g children.
I think its all baloney and thin people trying to make everyone the same weight height and brain - like big brother.
Did you see that report by dutch scientists yesterday proving that thin people are much more a drain on the ecomomy that fat people ?
The thing is I eat or drink what I like and really enjoy it - why be miserable on a diet - were all going to die -so whos had the most pleasure ? think about it !!!!!!
I am 12 stone, i feel good about my weight. Good luck, on loosing weight yourself, you can do it , I have no doubts.

D I lost a lot of weight a few years ago. Honestly it wasn't easy. (i loved my Greasy food). But i felt so much better after loosing just a little. Were here if you need support! Good Luck!
