Will pilates help me lose weight?!


Question: My impression is that pilates will help reshape the body you have, but that it's not really an effective way to exercise if you have a lot of weight to lose.

Regardless, supplement it with some cardio.

i do pilates twice a week, the other days i alternate between aerobic and strength training. plus i walk everyday. i have lost 25lbs so far. of course you HAVE to eat a reasonable diet. i do pilates for dummies on mon and thurs. i do the 8 minute series on tues and friday, and i do carmen electra's fit to strip on wed and sat. and i take sunday off. plus i walk 2 miles a day, every Day but sunday. my pants are getting so loose that i will soon have to go down a size! And i am noticing that my abs and butt are getting firmer.! the key is moderation in EVERYTHING
