Should I be shaking when doing pilates?!

Question: When I do pilates, I start to tremble as it is quite difficult in some positions, is this a good thing or a bad thing?

I have the same thing with the rollback positions, like really slow sit ups done from sitting, lowering back and coming back up to sitting. My abs aren't strong enough yet, but I have noticed after the last 3 classes that the shakes are getting better and better as my muscles tighten and tone up.

There's no need to worry about it, it's just your body's reaction to the extra/unusual muscle strain and it will get better with time and practice. Just don't push yourself as you could easily injure a muscle, which will be a big setback!

did you have sex while doing pilates and have an orgasm

Normal - as your muscles learn it better, it will stop.

No you shouldn't be. You are overdoing it as your muscles aren't strong enough yet, but the sounds of it.

Shaking is a response of the nervous system. It's a good thing. You are getting stronger. But always remember there is a difference between pain and discomfort. Always work to the point of discomfort and not to the point of pain.

Its normal it used to happen to me aswell. Your muscles arent used to this position and tense up, after a couple of classes you'll get used to it and it should stop.

Depends on how you look at it; all it is is your muscles are getting stronger and can't quite manage that particular position for how long you are trying to hold it. Everyone will shake if they hold a certain position for long enough, even if you get a guy from the marines to hold a squat posistion for long enough they will start to shake!! It's nothing to worry about I promise!

i shake until i finish rubbing one out too

This is good - It show's that you're working hard, and using you're muscles as far as the ability.

Be sure not to go too far, this could cause various pulls and some could make you out for a while.

this happens to me all the time.i found out it is because u r not used to doing all that work with your muscles.if u start to shake then do it a bit easier.as u do it more u will be able to do it better.
