Muscle resistance (weight lifting) exercises are great too, and I've heard it actually burns more fat than cardio alone. Cardio and Aerobic exercise. Something that keeps your heart rate up for about 30-40 mins a day. Try to get out of breath, but not to where you can't breathe. Just breathing heavily, that probably would mean that you are keeping up your heart rate. Balance it out with some light weight lifting 1-2 times a week.

drink lots of water and run your *** off! but keep on eating (healthy!)

The best exercise is high intensity cardio/aerobic workouts. There are many different ways you can do this; treadmill, jogging, DVDs, bike riding, etc. I like to mix it up between the treadmill and the DVDs so I don't get bored with just going on the treadmill all the time.

If you want to tone up and loose weight the proper way.I would say go to walmart and look in the weight lifting equipment section and look for "Billy blanks taebo bootcamp" It's just 10 dollars and its 40 minutes long.It really helps you to tone up your adominal and loose fat.Another thing its not boring like some other videos.This video actualy gets you moving,Good luck.
