I've been eating right/exercising for 4 days and lost 3 lbs, is this ok?!
Question: Do you think it will come back and that it's just water weight? I have been eating very healthy 1300 calories a day, and exercising and weight training ( not every day ). My clothes are already feeling loose.

it is alright BUT don't expect this every week
b/c your body is adjusting and losing all this weight but soon it will slow down to only 1-3lbs a week
Yeah it is ok! It probably is half water and half fat! Who knows? As long as you don't get nauseous you'll be ok! Keep it up! Good luck!
