What is a healthy number of pounds to lose in 1 week?!

well it depends how much you weigh in the first place but on average i would have to say 2-3 .

It depends on your size and how much you have to lose. A very overweight person could safely and easily drop 5-8 plus pounds in a week with no problem from simply cutting back on caloric intake. Much of this weight loss, however, will be water weight. The total pounds lost per week thereafter will gradually decrease. If you only need to lose 10 pounds, for example, two pounds per week would be a n ideally healthy goal.
