Help with an easy way to stay within target heart rate?!
Question: I need an easy way to stay within my target heart rate when I exercise. I dont have a heart rate monitor. And I was told that the workout machines are not that accurate. I know that if I stay within range, I will continue to burn fat through out my entire workout. Any suggestions anyone?

Use the talk test;
- if you can't talk or can barely talk during your workout then your heart rate is too high
- you can talk words and sentences then you're heart rate is within target
- if you sing or whistle during your workout then your heart rate is too low
Be sure to go fast enough that you're actually trying and burning fat, but not too fast because you wanna keep the same pace the entire workout (no stopping or slowing down)
