Free weights or machines?!
Question: Which are better for definition, not bulk?
I know, I know - low weight, high reps - but to me, it seems that free weights have more resistance (you are working vertically, as well as horizontally, to stay in proper form).
Which specific exercises, you ask?
Well, I'm going to continue to do the leg sled, but I am really just curious for upper body. Thoughts?

free weights are the way to go
military press, barbell rows, kickbacks and curls
I usually use machine for legs, and free weights for upper body toning. Resistance is good for toning, low weights and more reps is good for building stamina.
Usually at my gym though, I have to wait for the 10lb weights to be a available because they're always gone...guys use them too!
