What healthy stuff should I buy at the grocery store today?!

fresh fruit, oatmeal (don't buy the ones packed with sugar...get the canister), yogurt, chicken breast, whole grain bread, eggs (yes, eggs), and lots of veggies.

fruits and baby carrots as a snack.. meat and chicken..

cottage cheese and lots of fruit and veggies!

soda water and some raw vegetables its even more affordable.

the other girl was right on, lots of green vegetables also not from a can eitherLOL, brown rice, stay away from starches ie bread and potatoes, whole grain pasta, low sodium sauces, good luck

try buyn all fruits grapes, oranges strawberries banana's and kiwi make u a smoothie three times a day for 3 days you'll feel better bout ur self cuz obviously ur still worried bout ur past relationship

Stick to the outer isles of the grocery stores. They have less preservatives, and are fresher. This means produce, juices, seafood, meats, dairy, breads, freeze-dried, etc,.

Canned and pre-packaged foods contain more preservatives and are usually chemically treated somehow.

Now, this isn't the case for EVERYTHING - just a suggestion.

fruits, vegetables, high grain bread, yogurt, milk, whole grain pastas, and deli meat.

What NOT to buy is probably a better question.
