A good one that I do is lie flat on your back, have someone stand above your head with their right on the right side of your head and the left leg on the left side, so your staring directly in the middle of their pants (I always laugh when I see my friend Andrew's boxers when he helps me with this). With both hands, grab onto their ankles. Move your legs up straight and use their ankles to support yourself. When you bring your legs all the way up, have the person push them back down with a bit of force, but not too much. Never let your feet touch the ground.

If you're by yourself, sit down on the ground with your but and put your legs out striaght in front of you, and your arms supporting behind you.. To begin, pick your legs up off the ground and bend them some. Then begin to move your but and your legs from side to side only supporting yourself with your arms. Again, dont let your feet touch the ground

Lie on your back and lift both legs up at the same time slowly and then lower. You have to suck in your gut the whole time to keep your back safe. You can do core workouts every day and feel strengthening within a few weeks.

Leg lifts, crunches, stuff like that. I started see results in about a week.
