Will i tone or get muscle from lifting a 2.3kg weight???!


Question: Not likely... you need to increase the weight until it is at least somewhat challenging to lift it.

You actually could tone your muscles with 2.3kg but you would probably have to lift it around 1,000 times to get to the point of muscular failure and actually make a difference..
