Eggs, are hard boiled as protein efficient as cooked ones?!


Question: I'm not too good at seperating egg whites so I prefer hard boiled, but I nver really thought about a possible nutrient lose.

my thought would be the same or better to hard boil, thinking of frying an egg may include oil or butter where as boiling an egg to remove the hard yolk after would be healthy and yummy

boiled would eb much better nutrien wise

No you do not loose anything.
you should eat at least 1 whole egg as its the only natural food
that has all 191 amino acids in it. Very good for you.

The egg whites do have all the protein and hardly any of the cholesterol and calories. It doen't matter how you cook 'em! :)
