Im obese; how do I get rid of inner thigh fat?!


Question: Ive been going to the gym for 2-3 weeks now; my calves now look well defined, and my thighs are looking better, but I have lots of fat on the inside of my thighs; how do I work on this area specifically? Ive been working mostly on the excercise bike, elptical, leg press, and thigh machine (but the inner thigh part of that machine hurts becuz its uncomfie, so ive just been doing out thighs). So what can i do to target inner upper thighs?

ok, the exercise bike is good, but it works mostly the top and back of your quads(thighs). ok so here is a good idea. if you have like big rubberbands, wrap it around something steady, or heavy to where it won't move, then put your foot through the open side and lets say you started with your left leg. you would want to move your left leg to the right to build strength and resistance. same goes for opposite leg. if you get what im saying good.

also run your *** off. running helps with all body fat removal.

Spot reduction is a myth. You can't force your body to burn fat in a specific area. Just keep up a good diet and exercise and the fat will come off eventually.

im unsure of anything specific but i know to tell you to search google for like " inner thigh workouts" and 7954934 things will pop up :)

You can build muscle in your thighs, but you can't lose weight specifically from one area. When you lose weight you lose a little bit all over.

inner fat? mabey you have big bones. just eat healthier and exercise.
