How do i lose a little body fat?!

Question: I'm around 22% body fat, my diet is usually something like this
1. 2 toasts with vegemite or cereal for breakky
2. Fruit for recess
3. Sandwich with ham for lunch
4. Snack at 4
5. bowl of pasta with chicken or schnitzel for dinner

I do push-ups, sit-ups, small weights, skipping all at home
Been doing for around 2weeks
So far have seen minimal results

I dont think im overweight, just have little fat around stomach and chest

How do i lose some body fat! how long will it take?
And is there anything wrong with my eating habits

Hi,

I went from 22% bodyfat down to 11% in 16 weeks.
You are doing everything right so far. You need to be patient and consistent, keep going no matter how minimal you think the results are.

Changes are taking place inside your body already, the inside changes first, you can't see this, around 6 weeks you will notice more, in 12 you will really see it, be patient. It is only those who don't give up, that end up with good bodies.

You need alot more vegies in your meals, add salad to your ham sandwich and spinach/ or broccoli to dinner
Have whole grain cereal for brekky, not toast

good luck

Should be fine with a little more time. Don't think of it as a diet, more of a lifestyle. Skipping? Try running, playing basketball, skateboarding... So when I say "life style" I mean continue to do cardio (sports) and you WILL see your results. No fast food and colas. Diet Dr pepper is a great alternative if you must- its sweet and 0 calories.

Pushups, situps, and small weights are all resistance training which means it will help you build lean muscle..but will minimally burn fat calories. Keep doing those exercises, but incorporate sports or cardio into your routine. Do this 3-5 times a week and you will see results.

Hi,

It's the system that you are trying that is wrong and not working for you.
Try the scientific Calorie Shifting Systems at http://www.fatlossfast.org

Cost under 50 dollars and well worth it.

All the best,
Jo
