Best way to get rid of excess...?!


Question: lovehandles? I'm am a frequent soccer player on a competitive level so I run frequently. But no matter what I do it always seems that I have a little (seriously a little, not much)excess fat around my waist line. What can I do to get rid of this...quickkly?

Leg lifts can really help you for lower abs. I reccomend you do afew sets of crunches, situps, and especially leg lifts before you shower, or before any ritualistic thing you do every day.

Start talking eaither platies, yoga or ballet

work your abs, crunches sit ups SIDE SITUPS etc

The only way to get rid of the fat there is cardio. You can use other exercises like crunches, pilates, etc. to tone.
